Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m Mads, I’m a pretty ordinary human bean. I’m happiest when I’m eating or trying new things. I love to travel and explore new places - I don’t stay in one place for too long. I‘m currently finishing my biology degree at the University of Cincinnati & hope to go to follow up with med school. I’m always ready for an adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I moved to & from Los Angeles, I couchsurfed along the way. I made long roadtrips out of both in order to see as much as I could. I really wanted to talk to locals and get an idea of what would be best to do in each location, and couchsurfing made that so much easier. I’d love to repay the favor and host other people and show them around too

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m into 60s & 70s music - particularly The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan & such. I’m also into indie & alternative, R&B - nearly everything. Arctic Monkeys and The 1975 are top. Charles Bukowski & Rupi Kaur are some of my favorite poets, and James Patterson is my favorite author. Harry Potter is also the greatest series ever created.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently moved back from Los Angeles. I took a 12 fay roadtrip to get there, and I couchsurfed along the way! It was a dope time and I was able to see and do so many amazing things.
