ABOUT ME

Hello curious Couchsurfer. I'm Madi. I was born in Michigan, grew up in Denver, CO, and am currently calling Guanajuato, Mexico home. I'm currently studying Womens studies and Holistic Health with Prescott College. I've been traveling since I was about 15 and have had the privilage to see some beautiful places. I've travelled Asia, South America, Europe, lots of the U.S. and a bit of Canada. I'm all about forming and participating in an international community via travel, language, and social service. I really enjoy forming connections with people, which is probably why I love traveling so much. I'm a pretty simple, down to earth person. I love animals, nature, art, yoga and food, sleeping and waking up, my family, time alone, tea and coffee. My life's mission is be more humble and open hearted and to enjoy life more every day!

I speak fluent Spanish and am certified as an English teacher for foreign language students. Maybe I can help you learn Spanish or English. I can share my mediocre cooking skills, my travel stories, and my knowldege about random things.
