My life's motto is: Always an adventure.
I love hearing and telling stories. I'm always open for the next random opportunity to try something exciting/new.
Things you should know:
My husband and I have a spacious downtown apartment with an extra bedroom, 2 dogs and 1 cat. One of my dogs is very big, and excited to meet new people.
My husband tends to be an introvert, so I will likely be the only one hosting you, but don’t be afraid to say hi when he comes around!
Only request 2 nights max (unless otherwise agreed upon)
I don't accept local requests.
Nor do I use this site to host people that are in between apartments, or moving.
I want to be a safe place for women that are traveling because I know how tricky that can be sometimes.
Backpackers, y’all are my tribe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During my 2 year backpacking journey, I was hosted by dozens of people on/off of Couchsurfing and was shown incredible hospitality and had unique experiences that I will never forget. The human element to travel is really the true magic of travel. It brings me great joy to pay it forward and build lifelong friendships while showing people my city.
Interests
Humanity, art, photography, adventure, travel, and psychology are my biggest passions.
Life is short and I aim to create adventures in everyday life. I love big, bold experiences but always take the time to appreciate the small, seemingly insignificant moments too, because they can make for the most beautiful memories.
Things I love:
Philosophical discussions, urban exploration and abandoned buildings, rainbows, people watching, cultural festivals, ritzy restaurants and grungy dive bars, scuba diving, stargazing, foreign candy, dancing in the rain, live music, trying new foods, the ocean, hiking/camping, and driving fast down the highway on a motorcycle.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a movie that catches me off guard. Not a big fan of your stereotypical blockbusters, they're too predictable.
I read non-fiction, mostly about psychology and human experiences in the current and afterlife.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Explored the ghost town of Pripyat that was destroyed in the Chernobyl nuclear diaster.
Rode a camel through the Sahara desert in Morocco.
Watched the Northern Lights off a fishing boat off the coast of Norway.
Went scuba diving at night with the Manta Rays off the coast of Hawaii.
Hitchhiked in Europe and USA.
