Overview
About Me
In July I left Denmark after having sold all my belongings. I stayed a month in London to study, then walked the pilgrimage of the Camino del Santiago in Northern Spain. Since then I have been travelling in India, Nepal, Thailand, Myanmar, Hawaii and currently Brazil.
I dont have a plan. I left without a final destination, and dont use lonely planet to follow someone elses footsteps. I simply talk to local people and let myself inspire by their experiences.
When I finish travelling, I will go to London, to finish my economics degree. I will use it to criticize our society, and try advocate for changes. We cannot keep polluting, killing species and ignoring extreme poverty. We must change our ways, and our economic system is preventing us from doing so. That was my motivation for studying economics, and it will be the aim of my career.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I think it is a brilliant way to meet people and share something very personal. It is much more interesting to stay in peoples homes, than to stay in a hostel or hotel. When I am home, I also host.
