ABOUT ME

Hmm...I'm a little bit of everything rolled into one!

I'm an Admin Manager to support a living, but hoping to move towards a more fulfilling and nourishing path, as I've just qualified as an Ayurvedic practitioner and nutritionist.
Planning to become a Doula in about a month to support and help one of my best friend with her delivery of her 4th baby.

Love being in nature, love taking walks in the sunshine 🌞 and in the forest 🌳, meditating 🧘‍♀️and practicing yoga 🤸‍♀️ as often as I can.
I go for meditation retreat at least twice a year.

I love dancing, one type in particular 😁 called kizomba, a very traditional angolan dance💃

During the pandemic lockdown, discovered gardening 🌱and developed a real passion for it, which helps me ground and nourish myself.

Travelled a lot, as well as backpacked through South East Asia and India for a year.
For the moment, not travelling as much, but trying to find meaning and peace whilst staying in one place and working with the mind to find stillness and harmony within the boredom and mundane of a daily life.

Indian classical dances, volunteering, i simply love animals, cooking, photography, doing crochet work, reading, I have a big collection of movies, good wine or cold beer, hanging out with friends and laughing, I like playing backgammon and whist.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It's not easy to pick ONE amazing thing i guess...I've done sky diving, scuba diving, I've stayed over night with a nomadic family in the Himalayas at 5000 m on a freezing night. I've rached the highest motorable road in the world by byke.
