Hello! My name is Mae and I am 23 years old living in the beautiful music city, Nashville TN.

Some things about me
- I tend to work strange hours and I sleep more than most people so sometimes I can be a bore or hard to get a hold of.
- Notoriously horrible texter.
- I spend too much time on the internet.
- I'm considering going to law school.
- I used to be a dancer but I got into a car wreck! So I do limp a little still and I'm a slow walker.
- I'm very into politics. I find it hard to feel myself as a democrat or republican because I agree with many of both's fundamentals but in relation to what those terms mean in 2015, you might call me a "democratic liberal bernie sanders loving left wing nut job". I, however, wouldn't call my self any of those things except a Bernie Sanders lover. I love a good educated non-confrontational debate!
- I have a sugar glider, 5 cats and 1 little jack russel that looks JUST like wish bone the dog.
- I love red wine! Merlots and Cabs are my favorite, but I love a good pinot noir or shiraz. We have a great vineyard about 30 miles from my home that I spend a lot of time at in the summer.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When I think of amazing things I've done, I try to think to moments that I was crying out of happiness.
I spin fire in my free time sometimes, and I was much more into it many years ago. I go to events that are similar to burning man, only regional. I was a conclave performer (we alll dance with our fire props in front of the structure we are about to burn) one year and I was so overcome with emotion for my dance and to be in front of over 3000 people sharing what passion with others who are just as interested in it as I am. It was exhilarating. Once I put my prop down and found my friends I was embraced with the strongest hug as I watched a structure explode with mushroom clouds and tears poured out of my eyes as the cold wind rushed past me, sending the smell of fire and energy into me. As my adrenaline pushed through my veins, I watched the flames and felt their heat and remembered that life is a constantly flow of energy of breaking down and building back up, to stabilize and then to be brought down again. The ebb and flow of my blood inside me was shaken and I truly felt alive, surrounded by friends, love and artists.

Sometimes I can be pretty shy, but if I feel comfortable around you I generally talk a lot and can be very engaging in conversation (so I'm told). I have a large collection of super bad corny jokes. I can put some neat colors in your hair!
