Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I cannot host for now because of the size of my place- the couch is in my roomate's room, but I would love to give you indications about paris.

I just feel getting somewhere without meeting people from there is the saddest thing

Couchsurfed a couple of times and I am getting back to this after a long time, willing to see if i can make it again

Music, Movies, and Books

Music.. I would love to discover what you listen to . I was raised in Rock and blues, but I listen to a lot of hip hop and electro , afrobeat and French music from the thirties and fifties... as long as it got that twist. I basically feed myself with music.

Movies : So many ! I like Jarmush, Chinese cinema, old French ones

Books - it depends on the mood ! I was a litterature major for a while and worked in a bookshop. As a teenager I would swear by Kundera and French poets. Now I read pretty much everything I find on my way. My last big book-crush was Arundhati Roy's God of small things, and in Poetry I'm reading odysseas Elytis ( a sea-poet)

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you come to Paris am a tour guide so I got quite a good insight on the city. Otherwise I am a decent cook (the secret of French cuisine is salted butter but everything cooked in cider is wonderful as well) and I make nice crepes, I get very enthusiastic when it comes to music and dancing
