I don't accept travelers now, I'm on a one year trip.
I am Maeva, 33 years old and is a mathematics teacher when I'm in France. I live with my boyfriend Loïc and my cat Lumo, who is so cute 😻 I love listening to music and often go to shows or festivals. I like meeting people from all over the world and discover new culture and way of living. I think we have a lot to learn from the others.
Time is so precious and this is one of the reasons why I decided to travel on a long trip with Loïc who shares my life. We're now in Asia and spend a lot of time in a lot of countries from this nice continent.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I first joined couchsurfing because I wanted to meet new people. But in my city (Angoulême) there is not many requests for being hosted. So, I hosted people only a few times. Then, I wanted to discover countries without planning everything and think that the best way to discover a new place is to meet the people who live there. I traveled to Slovenia thanks to couchsurfing and it was great ! Now, I really want to share experiences and time with people and when I'm on a travel, I want to discover the country through the eyes of locals.

Interests

I love listening to music and I very often go to shows (rock or especially punk rock) where I can support local scene, discover new bands or see my favorite bands. During my trips, I also would like to go to shows in other countries. I love hiking, especially in the mountains and I am a beginner in climbing.
