Overview
About Me
I'm going to try being as honest as possible here,
I am a former organic farmer, been stuck in one spot for a long time unable to travel and explore places. I really want to see the world, meet people, learn about different customs etc.
I moved around my own country quite a lot... Canada is a big place. I drove east to west quite a few times.
I settled in a small mountainous ski town in Quebec, where I work with younglings doing drama workshops, I also have a small organic spice company, and I work at the ski hill in the winter and on farms or gardens in the summer.
Things about my personality: I'm sometimes very silly and absurd.
Hard working, dedicated, honest.
Genuinely caring and kind. I am however strong-minded but I think I'm fair. ( I debate with myself sometimes) I like people, and their stories. I like being helpful. If I stay with you, I'll pull my weight for sure.
I enjoy conversation and other philosophies.
I love music of all kinds, but I really enjoy all kinds of metal and folk, classical, electro... lots of other genres too but we can discuss this if we meet.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend of mine suggested it was a great way to travel and meet people. I never tried it, so I thought, why not?

Music, Movies, and Books
Always been a big fan of Metal music. I learned Classical Piano as a kid and when I grew up, really enjoyed the symphonic, progressive type metal genres. I also enjoy folk, electronic, classical, gypsy dub... surely most music without trumpets ( Jazz or Latin styles ) . (I'm sorry trumpet lovers, it's just a sound my brain doesn't enjoy)
I will still listen if one wants to share music with me.
I like books with information more than novel type books. My home is full of knowledge books. I like fantasy still... I just don't read as much.
Anything more, you'll have to find out by asking. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I managed to refrain from judging others in their lower points in life... and still found things I admired in them. I don't know if that's amazing but... it's certainly not easy for everyone.
