About Me
(español abajo)
It will be quicker to get a response from us at bewellcome, where we have a joint account "Fredrik and Magda Wallén".
We are a young couple, Magda and Fredrik. Fredrik works as web developer and Magda is a teacher. We have lived together since 2016 and bought a bigger apartment less than a year prepandemic, and did not have that many guests before covid shut everything down.
Magda had couch surfers prior to meeting Fredrik, but when we lived together in a smaller apartment it was hard to receive guests. Now we are eager to once again have opportunities to meet people from all around the world. We are both fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish.
We live approximately half an hour from Stockholm C by local community means, in a two bedroom apartment with a guest room, a comfy bed-out-sofa (big enough for one person or a couple), a large suply of tea and a welcoming atmosphere.
In summer we recommend that you bring your swimwear, since the area provides swimming opportunities.
🇪🇸
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The first semester of 2015 I lived and studied in Chile, and I had a really beautiful experience of people opening up their home and welcoming me, and I learned of the blessing of sharing your home for one or a fiew days and the beautiful experience of getting to know new people a little eating or having a tea together at the kitchen table. The hospitality I learned in Chile is something I hardly find in Sweden, and I really wish to implement it to my own lifestyle. For the very moment I do not have plans on travelling myself, although I see myself back in South America some day, hopefully getting to know more than Chile.
Interests
When I am not studying I really enjoy music, singing, dancing and playing board games. I go to church ocasionally (christian protestantic/evangelic) and sometimes take dance clases.

I loved my exchange in Chile in all ways posible (ok, not the half-crazy drivers and the cold water, but the people, the cities, the university and a lot more). Learning that you don´t need much resourses to be able to give really valuable things like friendship, hospitality and smiles opened my eyes and my heart in a new way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would gladly recomend Stockholm as a destination, Fredrik grew up here and Magda moved here some years ago thinking that it is a too big city and that you will get lost all the time, but I have grown into liking the variety, openess and the beauty of the capital of thousand islands. Stockholm is not so friendly for walking if you want to reach outside the absolute center, but the local trafic works good (most of the time) and you buy a ticket for the number of days you are staying and then travels by bus, metro, local train and even boat.
Another destination I really recomend (at least if you speak spanish) is Chile, I left a part of my heart in Concepción. The people, the city center with its life (and food), the chilean slangs, the lovely small towns surounding the city and the openess hard to find elsewere is an experience for life.
