Overview
About Me
Namaste =) my name is Magda Lupita, i am half-Mexican/half-Swiss and I am travelling the world working as a Yoga instructor. I am a big nature-connected person. I love trekking...I love to lie in the grass or float in the ocean and close my eyes...i like to listen to the crickets and frogs before falling asleep =)
And I really love my job. To be able to help someone finding deep relaxation and to get a special connection to the own body while or after a Yoga lesson is more than I could ask for =)
I am an organic/vegan-food and natural-health/medicine-lover ...so health in all different aspects is very important to me...also to help the people around me to stay healthy by following a conscious behaviour with food and giving all the respect to mother nature.
This January I was teaching in an Ayurvedic Retreat in Kerala (India) for one month, then I went to Pai (Thailand) for one month and was teaching Poweryoga, daily drop-in-classes in a beautiful garden of a Hostel called Tribal Pai Backpackers. At the moment I am in Gili Menos, Indonesia for the whole month of March teaching Yoga twice a day in a beautiful jungle-ish Yogashala.
Afterwards I will continuing travelling in Asia for 2 more month till I'll fly to Europe for the Summer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To connect with local people and get to know a place from a different side than from the tourist-side only.
To share my Yoga experiences and give some willing host some beautiful Yoga-lessons in their garden (or even in their living room)
To extend my way of living as a low-budget-Yoga-nomad
