My name is Magdalena and I'm a 25 year old girl from Poland!
I'm from Szczecin- port city near the German border. I've studied Civil Engineering in Gdańsk- totally worth-seeing beautiful city in the north of Poland.
I've also spent 1 year studying as an exchange student in Barcelona.That was an amazing choice for me since I love Spanish culture, food and I've improved my language skills!
Currently I'm living in Gdańsk and working as an Engineer in Dutch company - Boskalis.

Music, Movies, and Books

Let's start like that: I'm a total music freak, always have been. I finished music school some years ago (played piano for 10 years). I've always been interested in music, always wanted to explore more and more bands. I think I can find common music language with everyone :) but my favourite bands are mostly: Joy Division, The Cure, Sigur Ros, Radiohead, John Mayer and so on.. basically rock and postrock but I also like blues,jazz,hiphop- just choose !
I've seen a lot of movies that probably everyone have seen haha, but the best one i've seen quite recently was.. Whiplash!
When it comes to books (except Harry Potter obviously haha) I'm into swedish crime stories. Currently I'm reading the whole saga written by Camilla Lackberg.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can definitely practise languages with anybody! Polish (haha ,yeah it's pretty tough but I can always teach you some basic words! ), English but mostly I'm really happy to practise Spanish ( still B1 level!) or even Greek!

I love to talk about music so if you want to listen to some nice records or exchange knowledge I'm in!

I like to travel and visit the city but in the evening if I don't go out with my friends I like to chill, talk and.. maybe play board games? haha, yeah I like that a lot!

I'm also more than happy to talk about my country,cultures, the other countries that I've visited too !
