I'm a high-spirited person with a big heart, who loves exploring new places and meeting wonderful people. I have been travelling abroad since I was 14 years old and I simply love it! I'm a trained and qualified radio journalist, with a new-found passion: teaching English through the internet. I paint colourful abstract pictures and mandalas in my free time. I see myself as the Earth citizen who cares greatly about the flora and fauna of our gorgeous planet. Animals are my friends so I don't eat them ;-P I also love yoga and meditation. They are perfect way to ground my flying soul and to keep balance in my life.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I read about couchsurfing from a book about a polish couple hitchhiking around the world and was amazed how many extraordinary and helpful people they've met! I also met couchsurfers while living in England and loved the idea straight away!

兴趣

My other hobbies are photography or rather photo editing. I've done a bit of climbing and some Capoeira too. I hope to do more martial arts in the future.

My favourite books are by famous Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuscinski, but I also like Tizano Terzani and Paulo Coelho, to name just a few. I also like to watch psychological and adventure movies, however documentaries are my favourites.
Reggae, Jungle, Drum&bass and a bit on raggacore get my feet dancing and put a smile on my face

I can offer nice storytelling and sharing of my vivid experiences. I can happily cook nice veggie meals as well as helping to make one. I can also sing in Portuguese, however I'm rather shy with this one. Yoga and meditation together could be great too, yeah?
