ABOUT ME

I´m joyful and always keen to make the most of the moment, to be entirly here and now. That´s why I love travelling so much, I enjoy meeting all sorts of people, to discover different ways of life and points of view. I love sociology and politics, always ready to discuss political issues and I´m very idealistic and try to make that better world, I dream of, happen a little bit around me. Since travelling to India I meditate a lot and the buddhist point of view is definitely very important to my life, even though I wouldn´t call me a buddhist, as I don´t like that sort of categories and struggle with any religious dogma.

PHILOSOPHY

still looking 4 a way of life that is not at the expense of others. I'd love to have a positive influence in some way on some things, whilst enjoying life and sharing and learning from others. Trying not to judge.

different cultures, ways of living, views on life, meditation, religions,gender studies, music, books, nature, history, philosophy, politics,critics of capitalism, tramping, coffee!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love books from different parts of the world, which get close to the main caracters, make me reflect and just beautiful words, like in poems. other examples: a thousand splendid suns, closed society (huis clos), Nachtzug nach Lissabon, Und Nietzsche weinte, Anne Frank,...
I listen to very different music, I love klezmer, such as giora feidman, but also oldies as simon and garfunkel or pink floyd. also jazz, electro swing, manu chao, the cat empire, last shadow puppets, dota,groovey music, dub such as fat freddy's drop or the black seeds but sometimes also classics as Bach or Mozart
I enjoy films which are different from mainstream Hollywood, like international films, critical films about environment or food, beautiful quiet films and happy and touching films, e.g. Maroa, billy Elliot, black Butterflies, Sophie Scholl, die fetten Jahre sind vorbei, Fried Green Tomatoes, Taste the Waste.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling India, learning how to meditate, living in France for 5 months, travelling around nz for 5 months, receiving so much goodness from so many people I met:)
