About Me
!!! Please don't send requests more than a month in advance. My live is structured very spontaneously, so I never know what I will be doing in the next months :)
My name is Magdalena and I studied "German as a Second and Foreign Language" and "Scandinavian Studies" in Vienna. At the moment I am working as a language teacher in different companies.
I am easy-going, open minded and I love to hang out with people. I enjoy getting in contact with people from all around the world and learn about their cultures. That´s why I worked a long time for ESN (European Student Network) in Austria, where I get the chance to meet lots of international students. And also now after finishing my work there, I enjoy meeting people from all over the world at any occasion I can get.
I think traveling is the best way to make amazing experiences in life - in every country you can learn so much about others, but also about yourself. I studied 6 months in Sweden, I was teaching at university in Santiago de Chile, in Montenegro and last year in a language school in Vietnam.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I made my first Couchsurfing experiences during my Interrail-trip through Europe and I loved it right from the beginning. That was the reason why I continued using it during my travels in Australia, South America and Asia. I met so many amazing people, had great conversations, got an insight in different lifestyles and even made friends. I think Couchsurfing is an unique experience to get in touch with locals and get the most out of your trip!
Interests
I like music, going out, cooking, meeting friends and doing sports like snowboarding, playing volleyball, swimming, hiking and going to the gym. I really enjoy traveling and I am always up for trying something new.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I already got the chance to make so many great experiences in my life, but some of the most stunning moments were deep sea diving in the Great Barrier Reef, climbing a volcano in Chile, being bridesmade at a Vietnamese wedding and dancing in the rain in the Atacama desert, they driest place on earth.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think just by sharing some time with other people you can learn so much from each other.
