Hi! I'm Magda from Poland (Cracov). I'm a positive and reliable person. I finished my studies (Spanish philology) and I was working as a Spanish teacher for some years. Right now I'm between jobs because I would like to discover new places and travel a bit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was travelling trough Europe I never used Couchsurfing, mostly becouse I was travelling with my partner, and just for some days, maybe few weeks. This time though I travel alone and to totally different destinations so I'would really like to meet new people and to immerse myself in a culture that I'm in, to know what living in this place is really about.

Interests

One of my biggest love is dancing! I am a contemporary dancer in my free time and I dance in a company in Cracov. I also love sports, I'm trying to be active and in my free time do some trekking in the mountains, make a trip with a bike or just go for a jog.
I also love learning new things, especially languages. Right new I'm trying to learn french but it's quite difficult.
I have to admit (sadly...) that I'm addicted to some tv series.

Music, Movies, and Books

When I was younger I've listened especially rock music. Now I'm more flexible and I listen to different kinds of music depending on my mood.
I really enjoy Latin American literature (Borges, Vargas Llosa, Carlos Fuentes), but during my travels and to make time pass faster (in a bus especially) I read a lot of detective novels and travel literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Make a decision to make a solo trip to South America (we will see how it ends up :))
