Right now I'm a volunteer in a community for disabled people. After this year in the US I wanna become a doctor.

I'm from Germany and after my graduation I decided to live 1 year in the USA for a community service. I help disabled people to have a better life and of course I wanna improve my language skills.
I'm curious to get to know people from different countries.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I can't host right now because I live in a community and it's not my own home. But during my time here I wanna travel a lot and see a lot of places.
Because I don't get money at my work, I need a cheap place to stay during my trips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did couchsurfing several times with my friends in New York City, Washington, D.C, Ottawa (Canada) and Philadelphia.
My experience was really good, we had really nice hosts and I definitely enjoyed it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've ever seen was a bear running over the street right in front of me (in New Hampshire).
