ABOUT ME

I am an astronomer doing my PhD in Boston.
Previously we lived in Glasgow (Scotland) and participated in couchsurfing by hosting travelers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer my couch to travellers if I have enough time to host them. There are plenty of things to do in Glasgow, and I might come along to the Museum or whatever you plan to do during the day if I am free. I will rarely have time to be a tour guide, but we can meet at the pub in the evenings for a game of pool and a pint!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2013 I travelled France and Spain and had amazing experiences couchsurfing and wwoofing.
My friend and I stayed with a great guy in Narbonne, had parties and made food together, and he even taught us a bit about French wine!
Apart from that I have mainly hosted people and been going to couchsurfing events in Glasgow and Melbourne, where I stayed for a few months. I'll soon be moving to Cambridge, MA, so I'm looking forward to get involved in the community over there.

Interessi

I enjoy Astronomy and Botany, and I'm very interested in books and cooking. I also enjoy the occasional night out - and I love wine!!!

Saw the Milky Way when camping at the beach in Italy!

I recently started growing a kombucha scoby. Might be able to share some of these soon.
