I love to read books, I'm quiet and considerate. I enjoy cooking for or with friends, and taking pictures of my food. I try to eat local food, but I'm always up to trying new foods.

I'm trained as an elementary teacher and I really enjoy small children.

I really like finding places to swim - like rivers, lakes, and ponds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have made creme brulee with a blowtorch, moved across the world to Pakistan, I was present for the birth of one of my nephews!

Teach, Learn, Share

food. I love to teach people how to make dishes I can make well (scones, creme brulee, french toast, lentil dal, chana masala, chocolate ganache, apple pie, cookies, Vietnamese pho). I love to learn other recipes from people I meet and know. Sharing food and cooking is one of my favorite things to do.
