Brilliant idea! As a CS guest - I "slept on couches" in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus.
As a CS host - I was showing the beauty of Madeira and Tenerife for many Couchsurfers.

Camino de Santiago from Portugal.
Snorkeling in the Indian Ocean, living in Zanzibar, Morocco and Madeira Island.
Feeding girrafes and stroking the penguin.
