Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting people and getting to know them, as far as they let me. The idea of exploring and experiencing other cultures through meeting and living with the locals, talking with them, seeing their point of view - it all seems like the best way of traveling for me. From the other side - opening your house and your heart for "strangers" who aren't strangers anymore, but become people with whom you share your place, your food, your time - a piece of your life. I hope to experience it both ways - once I got my own place ;)
