About Me

I'm a badass human who likes going on adventures and meeting other amazing, passionate humans. I believe in the power of food, the energy of the earth and I am pretty nerdy (I might run on Comicon in my city and when I'm not cooking or outdoors with my 2 huskies, I'm indoors playing board games, video games or reading comics).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The world has been incredibly kind to me and I, incredibly kind to it; Couchsurfing reaffirms this behavior. There is so much good if we just take a moment to experience it. Amazing people, amazing conversations, breathtaking sights and so much more. Traveling and couchsurfing restored my faith in the world and taught me the art of conversation, energy exchange, and learning. It changed the way I traveled and experienced the world (even now at home I am more open to random adventures and chats) and I will never travel any other way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: mostly metal, anything post, lots of EBM, industrial, witchhouse, jazz (bossa nova is life) but also R &B and most recently rap. VNV Nation, Baroness, Deafheavan, Envy, Glassjaw, The XX, Tea Party, The Weeknd, Kanye

Movies: I use to adore horror I just haven't had much time to watch anything new. Stranger Things, True Detective, Six Feet Under, Avatar the Last Airbender, Legend of Korra

Books: fuck this is hard. Comics books: Sweet Tooth, Locke and Key. Novels: House of Leaves, Catcher in the Rye, Thus Spoke Zarathustra, pretty much anything self-help (currently reading Amy Cuddy's book Presence - look up her TEDtalk; it's incredible).

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: happy to teach some basic nutrition or assess nutrition and make suggestions
Learn: I am open to anything. I've recently found a passion for art and philosophy. The art of communication is such a wonderful way to learn so much about the world and I think philosophy is a great way to learn and express yourself through
Share: my thoughts, my passion, my energy and enthusiasm for the world. I would love to just explore and share what we uncover be it what we like about an art piece or the experience of an evening under the stars.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to share my nutritional skills and provide assessments. I'm happy to cook and clean and talk. I can also help you learn Polish or English and I love sharing experiences while I am traveling; feel free to join me on an adventure to the museum or just out for a work and coffee. I am a great listener and high empathetic so I am happy to create space for you as well if things are difficult and you need to chat about something heavier.
