About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going, honest, and caring person. I love the type of slow travel that allows you to really get to know a place. Couchsurfing has allowed me to meet locals who know the best local spots, and host and share my city. I love cooking, enjoying long meals with friends, knitting, reading, happy hour, game night, and practicing my ukulele.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting and surfing whenever I'm able. Talking up couchsurfing to fellow travelers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My roommate hosted my first guests a few years ago - two writers from Denmark, and they turned me on to the wonderful world of couchsurfing.
Since then, I've surfed and hosted a handful of times, and I'm continually impressed with the kindness and hospitality of the couchsurfing community.

Standing neck-deep in Lake Superior to watch the sunset after a sauna.
Watching a humpback whale breach somewhere off the coast of Massachusetts.
