ABOUT ME

Life is so short that it frightens me sometimes. I feel like I still have to do and discover so much, meet interesting people, see new places, find something I really like doing. I have a fear of missing out anything that could make me more happy or teach me a useful lesson.
Next to being a bit overdramatic, I'm also a bit of a joker. Apparently I smile a lot and I can talk down a brick wall.
I don't like planning, I try to live in the moment and I don't own a smartphone.
Some call me an idealist, and I can see why. I still believe that we can make a change for the better. I still believe that some things can (and should) be turned around.
I don't like people that never dream, it's what makes life worth living!
I was studying and living in Ghent until July 2012, after which I indefinitely moved to Melbourne, Australia.
I love going dancing, discovering things (anything, anywhere, anyone), singing (literally everywhere), listening to music, watching a movie, sitting in a park (peoplespotting), sharing a drink (just don't give me red wine.. still trying to figure out why someone would invent something like that) and cooking a nice meal.

PHILOSOPHY

Sometimes you have to fight for what you want. Strive. Battle. Discuss. Debate.
Fail miserably. Laugh it off. Cry. Be angry.
Run away. Come back. Try again.
Be happy.
