About Me

I'm a pretty well travelled person. I've been exploring most of my life, and am looking for more homely spaces now.

People are everything. So finding good people to connect with makes my stay wherever I am.

Professionally, I run two businesses online: web development and counselling. They are both run remotely so I can work from wherever I am.

Nature is really important to me. It's my healing agent and place of peace and respite. I'm a quiet, deep, soulful, fun and spontaneous person.

Some key life lessons: being present is really important, as is gratitude.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing really helped begin my travels.

I began by hosting people, and then made use of it myself over the years.

I just find it important to have good people to connect with wherever I go.. and this is one way to do that.

Interests

I love connecting with people. I love listening about their lives and what's going on for them.

I love web development, and basically turning people's dreams into a digital reality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mountain biked down Cotopaxi in Ecuador.

Hitchhiked around the South Island of New Zealand. Apart from the exquisite beauty, I met the most amazing people. And not just them themselves, but also the synchronistic information they passed on was enlightening.

Work exchange programs in Australia and New Zealand. Saw a variety of living environments, and got to do all sorts of jobs. From cooking for a retreat centre in the Coromandel (NZ), to fixing up a computer network for a community near Mt Warning.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can totally help out with IT stuff... :)

I love singing and playing guitar.
