ABOUT ME

I am a pretty quiet person. I like to visit temples and see the sites. I like traveling on my own because it gives me the freedom to choose what I want to do rather than having to negotiate with another person although I have enjoyed traveling with friends from time to time. I like exploring and seeing new things and learning about the local culture.

Interests

Right now I spend a lot of my time either at school teaching or preparing for my classes. I teach pre-kindergarten English. So most of my students are about 2 or 3 years old. They are awesome though and I really enjoy what I do. I also have been doing a lot of exercise lately. I just started a martial arts course and am beginning yoga at home. It's given me a lot more energy, most of the time, and been really enjoyable to get into these activities.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

travelled to Indonesia, Japan, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, Poland, South Korea, Ukraine and Taiwan alone. One thing that left me awestruck was watching the sun rise over Mount Merapi in Indonesia fromt he top of Borabudor. Also my first time snorkeling with all the tropical fish swimming around in southern Taiwan.
