ABOUT ME

Have lived a long and interesting life, a traveller at heart, travelled outside Australia mostly a while ago for fun, do a bit of travelling in Australia with work, but work pays for motels, so rarely need couches. I work in mental health systemic advocacy and policy, am a meditator, into healthy gluten free food. Love fishing and camping all over Australia, preferably fully self-sufficient bush and desert camping not in caravan parks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mainly occasional hosting, have grown up kids who travel and have no couch where they live, so hope those who surf with me will welcome my kids instead of me, cause I'm not in need of couches often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Danced naked on top of a huge granite boulder in a special place in Central Victoria!

Sang for my supper in a bar in Hong Kong in the early 70's!

Saw a crippled Aboriginal Artist light a fire in a roadside shelter on Christmas Day in the pouring rain by pulling bark off the trees and using the inner bark (not wet) to get the
fire going.
