About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to travel around the world and meet as many couchsurfing friends as possible :)
ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Max. I am currently in the process of finding a place called HOME! Because of my job, I have to travel all the time moving from one city to another. Do I enjoy it? You bet; however, once in a while, I get tired of it and wanna go home(Taiwan) and just relax and chill!
I was on tour with Disney on Ice - Finding Nemo. My mission was to meet at least one CS friend in each city I perform in. I love to travel and experience different cultures around the world. I also love to meet new people and share our travel stories together.
By now, you can kind of guess that I am a professional skater. I do shows on ice. Yeap, that is my job. Get paid to travel ^_^ I am also a professional magician so I can fool you if you want me to!! LOL. I am an outgoing person and very talkative... Hope to travel around the world as many times as possible beforeI turning 30 and to meet as many people as possible. So on to the journey :)
Now I am studying in University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign for my master degree in Electrical Engineering :-)
PHILOSOPHY
No pain, No gain! I believe that there is nothing impossible if you are willing to challenge yourself. YOU CAN DO IT :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a big believer in CS. I had so much fun with all couch surfers around the world. I learned so much from them. CS is not a free accommodation but rather a place where you can learn, share and make the world a better place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1.My 6 months trip in Japan was amazing. I got to live like a Japanese. I toured 16 cities in Japan and really got a sense of feeling Japanese!
2.Two weeks trip to Philippine. We went to the northern part of Philippine and did a hardcore hiking. A 4 hours hike to a beautiful rice terrace village and got stuck there for 3 days because of Typhoon. How lucky? But we had a great time and wonderful memories!
3.My one month trip in Thailand and Laos. I skipped the big cities and get into the REAL life. I felt so lucky with what I got in life.
4.My 8 months European Tour with Disney on Ice. I met so many CS. I made so many valuable friendships.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe the ideas of CS. It is not a place for free nights stay in a strangers' houses. However, it gives you the access to people around the world and you get the chance to explore the possibilities!! Understand the culture, the language, the people... make the world a better place.
