PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING
Hello! I love meeting new people but I have some things you need to know before you request to stay with me. First off my house is under construction. The essentials are there, bed, heating/cooling, toilet, shower but don't count on much else for now. If your request is not unique, don't bother. I am looking to, at minimum, have a conversation with you and get a feel before you can stay with me. I have a daughter and I travel, so sometimes the room is not available. For me to keep up with this on CS is just too much as it changes frequently. If I can help you out, I'll do my best. Lastly, I'm keep myself rather busy so I'm happy to share my knowledge of Philly and if I have time, I'll show you around, pick you up from the airport, whatever I can do. You're always welcome to get in touch with me even if you're not staying at mine.

AND LASTLY IF YOUR REQUEST DOESN’T SAY “construction site” AT THE TOP YOU WILL BE DECLINED. Sorry too many people just looking for a free hostile or hotel.

ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of a foodie, I enjoy sports and I travel a lot for work. I like to read a lot and I feel that you work hard and you get to reward yourself with the good things in life. I had been living in the UK for a few years and am now back in the states. I've traveled all over Europe and bits of the Middle East, Africa and Asia. I have had many different jobs in my life and try to keep it interesting :)
