I am a strong soul. I love life and I am learning to be open to the reasons for the ups and downs.... rediscovering the wisdom, compassion, strength and inner peace that already reside within each human being.
I am often found to be a social butterfly but in a quiet way.
My boyfriend and I live together.

My friend in Williams Lake, her couch sucks you in.
Quebec, quick stop along the St Lawrence.
Many fabulous couchsurfers stayed with us in Kamloops, BC one in particular also stayed with us when we moved to Truro, NS! Armin!!!

Polar bear dip. Back packing Mt Robson seen Emperor Falls , Berg Lake, touched the glacier.
Flown airplanes.

Todays lesson: antibiotics kills all bacteria therefore eat plain yogourt to help the good bacteria grow. PS sugar encourages bad flora.
