Hi! I’m Mahdi, a PhD student and researcher currently based in Kiel, Germany. My academic work revolves around deep thinking, but I balance that with a strong passion for travel, culture, and meaningful conversations. I recently spent time in Göttingen and enjoy exploring different German cities whenever I get the chance.

I believe that traveling is not just about places—it’s about people. That’s why I’m on Couchsurfing: to connect with locals, share stories, and see the world through others’ eyes.
