Hi👋 I'm Mahdi, a person who loves to see every possible corner of this planet and different cultures. I moved from Tehran, Iran to Amsterdam, Netherlands to study for my Master's. I'm planning to work here and build a new life and on the side, Travel in Europe and see different countries, cultures, and their scenery.

I have a great passion for nature and hiking, mountaineering and camping are my favorite activities. Nothing can ease my mind like camping in the middle of the woods and listening to the sound of fire. I love creating content about nature and seeing the wilderness through the lens of the camera. I hope to get the chance to experience the best hiking routes in Europe and witness some crazy landscapes.

I record my memories into songs I love, dive into the story of movies, and create my own vision while reading a book. So basically I live through them.

🎵 My taste of music is quite diverse and goes from pop to alternative because there is not a single day that I don't listen to music for at least one hour and the genre I would dive into depends on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I conquered Mount Damavand which is the highest peak in Iran and the whole Middle East (5,609 m/18,402 ft.) at the age of 19.
‌
I consider this experience amazing because standing on top of Damavand is not an easy task, It usually takes 3 days to complete and mountaineers usually bring a local guide to help them reach the summit. I dreamt of achieving this goal as soon as I started mountaineering at the age of 17 and was planning to do it in my late 20s. But I couldn't resist and one day decided to do it. Eventually, I managed to complete the longest route to the peak (+55km) in just 1.5 days all by myself, before the start of my 20s!

I can tell stories of my crazy, dangerous, and exciting adventures in the wilderness of Iran, show you some pictures and videos of the most beautiful sceneries of my country (which I'm sure you would not expect Iran to have these amazing landscapes based on the reaction I always get from others), and share about my culture if you are interested.
