I am Mahmud, 25, and I come from the shores of the Caspian sea, Azerbaijan. I have lived in over 10 countries and been to far more. I've just moved to Gdansk where I'm currently doing my PhD studies at Gdansk University of Technology in the field of Sustainable Entrepreneurial Engineering. I am a researcher, data analyst, EU Projects Manager, debutant entrepreneur, former digital nomad, Global Youth Peace ambassador, sustainability and circular economy enthusiast, and polyglot. I would describe myself as a sociable, outgoing, curious, and open-minded creature. My interests include but not limited to sports, hiking, climbing, trekking, hitchhiking, backpacking, camping, photography, playing chess, music (hard, progressive, ethno, alternative rock, heavy metal, Scandinavian folk...) and beyond. Hmmm, what else to write?! I am a backpacker and explorer, rather than a tourist that means I prefer to sniff local culture and explore nature instead of being confined to touristic sites hoarded with a crowd.
I am a global citizen with a sustainable entrepreneurial spirit committed to make a contribution to making our world a better, more peaceful, and beautiful place for all of us.

I mainly listen to rock music. Having said that, I am big fan of classical jazz and folk music of different countries. Garmarna , for example, is my favorite Swedish rock folk band.
My top music bands: Heilung, Skáld, Volbeat, D.A.D, Turbonegro, Slayer, Scorpions, Pink Floyd, Queen, Katatonia, Antimatter, No clear mind, etc. My music taste has recently been changing slightly and I also listen to alternative rock and indie rock more and more;>

My favorite movies: Green Book, Just Mercy, Into the wild, Capernaum etc.
