I took a year off work to travel, and it has been the best experience of my life!!! Over the past nine months I've been to Antarctica, Argentina, Mexico, New Zealand, Bali and Italy.

I'm brand new to Couchsurfing; just signed up and excited to be here!

Fun fact: I used to play roller derby and my derby name was Ellen Degenerate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camped on the Antarctic Peninsula, without a tent/open-air, next to seals and penguins, with the sounds of avalanches all night long.
