Overview
About Me
I am a researcher in Psychology. I enjoy science, reading, music, hanging out with friends... I am always up for a good talk, and if I host you I would love to give you a few recommendations or if time permits, show you around a bit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a traveler, I believe that to really get to know a place you have to see beyond what is sold for tourists, and that is something you can get through Couchsurfing.
It is important to me that you don't use CS just as a free couch, but that you are able to share something with fellow travelers. Also, I don't use CS as a dating app, so keep it friendly ;)
It is not uncommon to run into freeloaders who don't even check a profile, bother to change the name in their requests, or are only looking for a hookup, so if you are reading my profile and would like me to host you, just signal me including te phrase "the world is quiet here" somewhere in your request.
I am very excited to meet new people by hosting while I'm here, and I am also looking forward to taking mexican culture with me when I go somewhere else!
Interests
I love Psychology because I think it is the perfect middle ground between sciences and humanities, and attempting to understand the human mind requires multiple approaches and perspectives - so there's room for everyone.
I read a lot, I watch a lot of movies, and I am easily engaged in TV series (of all kinds). I enjoy cooking (I would say I am fairly good at it), and I love sharing recipes and adding new plates to my own repertoire.
I also definitely love traveling, but at the time I am trying to see as much of Mexico as I can :)
