ABOUT ME

My nickname is Maia, I'm 24 years old, and I'm from Argentina. I graduated in Advertising two years ago, and then I decided to go to New Zealand for a year in order to work, travel and learn, willing to know a country and a culture different from mine.
I'm back to my country a few months ago, and currently I'm working in a show producer.
I've studied English for several years, then I had the opportunity to improve it when i've lived in NZ. I've studied Portuguese too, this is a language that I also love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living in Buenos Aires at the moment, but I have been in USA on January 2013, where I had my first CS experiences, I met very interesting people there :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about couchsurfing from close people I know, who recommended me to meet people during my trips. Despite I have been travelling for a long time, I started to use CS after that, in California. I had very good luck since I met great and helpful people from different countries, hosts and travellers as well.

Interests

I love to travel, know a lot of places and meet new people.
I like to hang out with friends and share moments with them.
I would spend all my life travelling around the world with happy people who want to discover another cultures and lifestyles, and enjoy trips everywhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've made skydiving in NZ... AMAZING! It was a weird but also an awesome experience, which i've never lived before.
During my trip trough Southest Asia, I've ridden elephant, camel, and been with tigers, snakes and sea turtles. Animals that I saw in movies or in a zoo!
