ABOUT ME

I'm a 26-year old photography student from Helsinki.

I really love traveling and seeing new places, experiencing new things, meeting people. But I also love summers in Helsinki, long nights with lots of light and good people, the nature, and the sea with its islands. I have a small garden plot and I think city gardens are the most interesting thing at the moment.

PHILOSOPHY

I try not to take things too seriously and be relaxed and not to stress about stuff..sometimes it's difficult because I'm good in over-occupying myself with stuff. But luckily usually with interesting stuff.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a couple of surfers in my couch some years ago and it was a really cool thing to get to know people from different parts of the world, definitely a positive experience. I could not do that for several years, but when I was living in Madrid for 5 months in 2010, all the new awesome people from all around I met there inspired me to join in again.

Pedro Almodovar's and Coen brothers' movies, nature documentaries, many kinds of music but my favourite is 80's disco

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling by train from St. Petersburg to Beijing was truly an amazing thing. I realized that slow traveling really is my thing. It is awesome feeling to see all the scenery change and realize how far away you really are.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm into urban gardening and would like learn about it, maybe I could also teach something :)
