I'm from Denmark but spent the last 5 years living in Scotland (and Canada for 9 months). I have just moved to Madrid for 1+ years and am looking to get stuck into Spanish life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have couch surfed a lot but through other people's accounts. I once did a road trip with 4 friends through Eastern Canada, couchsurfing the whole way. I love how open and trusting people are and often how eager they are to introduce you to their city. I am also like how there are no expectations and no pressure on the hosts to 'host'. They can interact with their guests as much (or as little) as they want and that's cool.

Interests

I love the outdoors, being active, the pub, and reading great books. Above all, I love to travel. I love seeing new places, meeting new people and learning new things. I am yet another post-degree lost soul who just wants to enjoy life and be happy, but is unsure how to go about funding such a life.
