About Me

I thought it best to let a friend of mine tell this section for me. 😉

Maik such a person who is really enjoyable, know how can you make situations better and know how can make you smile. I met with him in Bydgoszczy, Poland. Really small city but offered me a really big friend. Happy to meet with him and happy to stay in touch. We travelled a lot, especially in Poland. Also visited to Rome and it was "awesome".
I can easily say you won't be bored when Maik with you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know new people from all over the world. I think it is just the most amazing thing to be able to get in touch with all those beautiful cultures that are out there. I think people should step out of their boxes more often, thus broadening their horizons. And that is perfectly done by couchsurfing. Whether it's a shorter or longer stay you will be able to communicate with people who might have completely different perspectives than yourself. For me couchsurfing is not only the cheapest, but also the most diverse and enjoyable way to travel around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie rock and those emotional singer-songwriters. But I am always looking for new good music, so my mp3-player is filled with all kinds of genres.

But to me the best way to enjoy music is by sitting in the concert hall and listening to some orchestra!

The name of the wind by Patrick Rothfuss would definitely be my favourite book!!! Love it! (Careful though, it is fantasy 😸)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the starstrewn sky in the Swedish countryside where there is no air and light polution.

Watching almost any sunset at the beach (doesn't matter if it's France, Macedonia or Poland).

Seeing the Polar lights!!!

Climbing to the top of a high tree and ride on the wind, when there is a storm.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Macedonia, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Poland
