ABOUT ME

Time flies, and I often wonder how I got to be 62 years old and still feel like a 30 something!! I am recently retired and I travel every chance I get. I do have a partner who is learning to like travel as well. Love to ride horses, scuba dive and cycle. My couch is not available in the summer as I am in Vermont at camp. I have traveled in the past three years to Nepal, Thailand, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, and Iceland, among other places. I look forward to more of the same as I work my way around America and the World! I enjoy life immensely and am very thankful for all the blessings in my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had two couch surfers and it was a fun experience. I am often not available due to work and travel but would be happy to host at my home near the Gulf of Mexico.

I have learned that sometimes it is best not to plan your travels too tightly, but to let things happen and as you go great opportunities arise. Meeting local people and learning cultures is most important.
