About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Have fun in life, leave something nice behind!
ABOUT ME
I consider myself really easy going, as I'm not easily annoyed. I'm also somewhat introspective, and most of my hobbies are solitary: running, reading, playing the piano. Introspective, but not antisocial! I love good conversation with nice and smart people. Also dancing, either alone or with a partner, is one of the best things in the world for me! Up there close with good wine and a good run :)
I'm a computer geek, very much interested in internet, new technologies, and how those tools can be put to good use to make our lives better.
One of my passions is learning languages, especially the obscure ones. I learned some Finnish while living in Finland, and now I'm trying to learn Croatian as my first Slavic language.
I was a vegetarian for 7 years (eating eggs and milk). I am now back to eating fish every now and then, but I still prefer to eat vegetarian most of the time.
There's probably much more... But maybe you can just ask :)
PHILOSOPHY
Have fun, respect others, and leave something nice behind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Meeting people, for the time being.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I not only couch-surfed, I had an whole apartment all for myself, in Florianopolis (Brazil), for the first Barcamp Brasil. (Thanks, Dé!). Afterwards this friend surfed my couch when I moved to Geneva, Switzerland =)
After I moved to Finland, I got more involved with the Tampere group, and realize how many nice people we can meet through CS. Back in Brasília, I tried to participate more actively in the local group - they are great people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to the end of the world and back! I've gone all the way up to Nordkapp, Norway, during midsummer, while I was living in Finland. That was a great trip.
