**** FOR THE MOMENT WE CAN'T HOST ANYBODY****

We are a thirties couple used to live in a town named Martorell, which is really near to Barcelona, about 30 minutes by train. But the good thing if you love mountain is we live only 15 minutes from Montserrat! We try to go there every time we can. We love travel and know people from anywhere. We just came back from a sabbatical year traveling by some countries in Asia during 9 months and 3 more in Australia and New Zealand. We could say it has been the most amazing thing we have done!!
Our hobbies are basically related with outdoors, we love hiking, snorkeling, snowboard, via ferrata... and all linked with nature, moreover we also like photography, take a beer with friends, go to the theatre or watch a TV quietly in the sofa with pop corns!
Summarizing we are "all terrain" people and we can adapt and enjoy to all kind of situations :)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

So many time ago we heard about it. We know people that are doing as host or surfers. Moreover, during our last year trip we did lot of couchsurfing around Asia and Oceania and we met really interesting people. We would like to come back all the hospitality to other travelers and to be jealous about them :)
We know all people is looking for Barcelona hosts but our house is strategically perfect for them who want to visit the lovely city but as well the amazing mountain of Montserrat!!

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

We like lot of music but specially rock music. The same with movies but the thriller are our favorite ones. In reference about books Maite prefer historic or romantic themes while Ruben prefer thriller or adventures books.

The most incredible thing we did is traveling during a full year, it is highly recommend for everyone once a life!!

We can teach how to cook some spanish dishes, Rubén is a really good cook! Also we can share our customs or explain whatever you are interested in.
Also we like to learn about something about your countries and heard adventures lived of everyone.
Finally, we could offer our hospitality, experiences lived till now and knowledge about our country and anything you can want to ask.
