Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Truthfulness, lovingkindness, joy and creativity!
ABOUT ME
I work with all ages doing stress release.
Many of my clients are families dealing with deployment and other issues of military life.
My fave project is Music Outreach for Musicianship and Personal Expression for a local NGO! We do self-esteem, leadership and teambuilding training for kids in a severely disadvantaged urban neighborhood.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything we experience is a mirror of some aspect of ourselves.
Every experience is an opportunity to grow and choose compassion.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Informally I couchsurf and host often. With my extended network of family and friends, I've rarely stayed in a hotel.
Interesting experience:
I couchsurfed/camped at Acorn, an intentional community that has an organic garden and runs an heirloom seed mail order business.
They're fascinating!
