I love all the good stuff: food, dancing, travelling and meeting new people! I work as a journalist in helsinki and travel as often as i ever can. My big love in life is dance and I teach tribal fusion bellydance at a local studio in helsinki.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to CS a lot back in the days when i was studying. Unfortunately I cant get in to my old couchsurfing account (email adress expired) so you guys could see all my reviews. :) What I loved most about it back then was hosting travellers in the middle of winter. I'd go around complaining about the darkness and the cold weather, but as soon as i had a couchsurfer visiting, I was instantly reminded that Finland is, after all, a pretty magical little winter wonderland!

Also just generally the feel to CS, it kind of restores your faith in humanity. I've met so many great people through this platform.

Right now I'm unfortunately not accepting guests since I recently moved to a tiny studio apartment. Hopefully soon I will have a temporary bed for surfers!! :)
