The most important thing for me is TRAVELING! I want to learn more and more things about different people, cultures, countries, languages and especially world history. I´m studying "Global Studies and Global History" at the University of Vienna but I´m very sure that you can learn much more from traveling to different places and seeing the history by yourself then just reading articles and books (even if I like to read :))
For describing myself a little: I´m a very open-minded person, I can feel home everywhere and I call new places "home" even if I stay there for a few nights. During my freetime, I love playing handball, going outside for a walk or running or spending time in nature (I am child of the North Sea but I have to say: I love mountains) and spending time with my family and friends.
The last two years, after an Erasmus semester in Stockholm, I really got into the travel thing (if you start one time, you can´t stop it - that´s maybe what we all know). After that, I spent a three months in Canada and meanwhile studying my master in Vienna, I started an internship in Sofia, Bulgaria, That´s actually what I am doing right now.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

It is one thing to travel and to see different places around the globe, but even if you see them, you don´t know how it is to live there, or rather, what people are doing and thinking at those places. I really want to getting to know a new place with all its perspectives and not only as a tourist. And maybe, it is a chance to find new friends and some birds of a feather :) So, I am very excited about you, your place and I am looking forward to meet you! :)

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

During my Erasmus semester, I went to Finish Lapland and from there, we did a one-day-trip to the Norwegian coast at the Arctic Sea - after a short stay into the sauna, we all ran to the sea and sprang into the ice cold waves and swam for some seconds. It was amazing :)
