Hi! My name is Maja and I am from Warsaw, Poland :)

I’m usually calm and focused, but I have a huge creative soul! Since I can remember I’ve been drawing, painting, sculpting, designing and doing all kinds of handicraft. Some of my other random hobbies include taking photos of cats i find on the streets and sitting on cliffs overlooking the sea, where i can stare endlessly into the horizon. I’m also a huge fan of sweet baked goods - cakes and pastries are probably what brings me the truest joy in life, along with the polish Baltic sea with its delicate sandy beaches, which is a place where I always feel at peace. Crossing by foot the entire polish coast is one of the goals on my bucketlist!

I’ve always been curious about the world, eager to explore new places and notice all of its unique qualities, especially the small ones that other people do not notice.

A few years ago I finished a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a vocational training as a pastry chef...but I decided not to pursue my career for now and instead explore the world! I've been solo travelling for some time now, but going forward I want to slow down my pace of travel, get to know a place and its people deeper.

Unfortunately I can't host anyone myself at the moment, but I am looking forward to doing it once my living situation allows it!
