Overview
About Me
I am a curious person whom always have been keen on adventure and new experiences. It does not have to bee a long trip around the world but just packing the most necessary into my backpack and walking outside my door gets me thrilled. I like it best out in the nature, what a marvellous planet God has created! I like to explore it by myself, running and biking or together with good friends hiking, chatting around the fire. I would not call myself the most adventurous who dive head first into everything, my consequence thinking tends to slow me down a bit. But my curiousity is often stronger and I like to challange myself. Would call myself easy-going but reflective, talkative and caring. And active, not the sedentary type. Choose outdoor activities over television.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A lot of the joy in travelling lays in the unexpected meetings with new people! To be able to see a place with tips and guidance from a local I consider as rich travelling. Due to my faith I meet a lot of new people and every person is a book full of stories. Have also had the opportunity to recieve hospitality from people I did not know before, become part of families whom I am not related to. These experiences of open homes and open hearts has shaped me and I love to be part of such a world. Hope to be able to host as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
Like folk rock, such as Mumford and Sons, Rend collective and different sing-and-song writers. Not to forget also, the Boss, Bruce Springsteen.
The movie Into the wild has followed me since I first saw it many years ago.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Have lived three months in Ecuador practicing decipleship together with a mixed group of young swedes and lations. Did not know that much about the country, nor spanish, before. During these months I got to experience great hospitality, friendship, serving and quite a lot of "la idioma del cielo". I am hesitant though whether I could call myself fluent yet. Still learning.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hopfully a good laughter, some of my stories, a listening ear, curiosity and a great smile.
