ABOUT US

We are an easy going couple (Maja & Lukasz: read [Maya/ Wookash], in 2004 we decided to change our routine life and move to Dublin (Ireland) where travels and multicultural environment became our passion.
In April 2013 we started our world wide adventure to meet great people and learn from them as much as we could :)
In Nov 2015 we moved to Melbourne, Australia to start a new exciting new chapter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We started our couchsurfing experience not too long time ago and we met generous, open-minded people - so far it's great.

Interests

We truly enjoy exploring new cultures, meeting new people, bonding with locals and ... trying new food :) - that's the general.

Maja - travel photography, collecting music from around the world, dancing all night with a glass of white wine; cooking all the weekend and trying new exotic recipes; meeting new people, listening and learning from their stories, taking life inspiration from people around the world

Lukasz - hmm, I guess eating all that food .)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Arriving to Manila, Philippines 2 weeks after Tayphoon Haiyan disaster, giving our hearts out and helping survivors as much as we could every day or night for over a month. That was the best time in our life which brought unforgettable memories.

Apart from that....taking the risk and chasing our dreams...

Teach, Learn, Share

For the last year we learnt Spanish and would love to practice more :) Maja is very much into travel photography, Lukasz helps with websites and logo designs.
We visited over 50 countries so far, we crossed South America's all countries overland and we will be happy to share our stories.
