My name is Maja, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Germany. After living and traveling for almost one and a half years in the States, I now settled down in the Netherlands. I am currently a Psychology student in Enschede.

I love Ed Sheeran and since I'm from Germany, I also like listening to some german songs. My favorite movie is probably The Fault in Our Stars. John Green is an amazing writer and so I'd say, it's one of my favorite authors as well.
I also like Nicholas Sparks a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 19, I decided to get on a plane. Fly thousands of miles to live with a different family. I had no friends here. And it's been the best thing I could've ever done! I love my family and friends back in Germany a lot, but sometimes it's time to let the bird out of the cage.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a really good listener and I can tell you everything about Germany! My great grandmother was from Austria and we still eat a lot of Austrian (not Australian!!) food. I can make you the best "Kaiserschmarren" you've ever tried!
