Hi! my name is Majid. I was born in Tehran which is the capital of Iran and grew up there. In the last few years that I have been living in Germany to pursue my academic studies. I enjoy mountain climbing, swimming, going around, doing Karate professionally and eating delicious foods. According to my friends, I am a friendly, sociable, extrovert person and tolerant person towards different opinions, and etc. I am interested in getting to know new cool people and communicate with them from any where around the world.

I love to visit new cities. I do like traveling and visiting new places a lot and also get to know different cultures. I like the nature a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I would like to visit new cities and get to know new people as well as their culture and to visit interesting places.

I heard a lot of good experience from some friends. I had never done couch surfing before, but when I gave it a try for the first time by traveling to Munich, it was amazing. I met so cool and nice people with whom I am still in contact.

Interests

Swimming, biking, mountain climbing are my favorite interests as well as Karate which I do professionally. I love traveling and getting to know other cultures and people. I do like playing movie games especially action ones. Working on creating new electronics stuff and interesting unmanned quadcopters, airplanes and helicopters is my favorite hobby as I love flying. I like sky, stars and astronomy a lot.

I love Persian food.

Watching animations and movies and learning new languages are my other interests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did hitchhiking without having any idea about it only a few weeks after coming to Germany and visited around 9 cities in one day :)

Teach, Learn, Share

when it comes to teach I like to teach many things I know ranging from science such as physics, mathematics, programming, how to use computers, electrical circuits to Persian, karate, swimming, playing harmonica, solving rubik cubes!

I can teach you about Deep Learning which is a hot topic in Artificial Intelligence nowadays to show you how computers can play Atari better than us or how they can describe an image or tell you the model of a car or even be a physicist!
